This song was on repeat in my head the whole flight to and whole first week in Miami! LOL! I know silly right! we have been in Miami for a week now and I can say I am SOOOOO glad we are here! I know I am made to live by the beach and so are the kids. Miami beach is so great! The people are so nice and it really is just as the song says, a party all the time! (Colt does not care for it as much though, but he thinks it is fun to play on the beach with the kids)<---Colt added this when I was not looking. I think he is slowly changing his mind because today he asked when we are going to the beach again (it has been raining the past few days)...lol!
The flight here was good. Eva slept the whole way, Lindy slept half way, and the other kids just played video games and watched movies on the tablet. I watched the in flight movie, I am not sure what it was but it was good enough to keep my attention for 2 hours. We landed around 7:30 pm local time and didn't make it to our hotel until 10:30 pm. The Miami airport is huge and only one level so everything is so spread out! We had to go from the plane to baggage claim then in another direction to pick up the rental car. I didn't mind the almost mile walk around the airport but when you have 5 tired kids and 10 suitcase to drag around with you it is not too enjoyable.
Well we are here now and trying to get as settled as we can for 10 weeks. I think we will have a wonderful time here in Florida. We have plans to make a trip up to Orlando for Disney World because how many times do you get to be in FL with someone else paying for most of your costs! ;)
